This clause identifies the amount the business seeks to raise and is worded to facilitate a "rolling" close wherein the business can close and collect investments from separate investors as they happen over a specified period of time (typically 90 days). An example of this clause is: The Corporation is seeking to raise an aggregate of $[Total Financing Amount of Round] from one or more investors during a subscription period of [Number of Days] ending on [Final Date of Financing].
